Applicable for flights to/from: Iran, Iraq, Syria, Jordan and Lebanon.
All actions must be completed by 10 May 2026.
Rebooking & Rerouting
- Changes permitted free of charge
- Travel must be completed by 10 May 2026
- New routing must remain within the same cabin
- Destination must be within the same IATA region
- Rebooking must be on Turkish Airlines operated flights (TK)
For interline flights where Turkish Airlines is the marketing carrier, rebooking and rerouting follow the original ticket fare rules.
Refund Policy
- Unused tickets: Full refund free of charge if processed before 10 May 2026
- Partially used tickets: Refunded as involuntary refunds
- Interline tickets marketed by Turkish Airlines are also eligible for involuntary refunds
No-Show Policy
The above policy also applies to no-show tickets.
Important Notes
- Policy applies even if the flight has not yet been cancelled
- If the flight is cancelled, standard involuntary procedures apply
- All involuntary transactions are processed without penalties
- Only one involuntary transaction is permitted per passenger

Royal Jordanian Travel Update
Subject: Travel Flexibility for Passengers Affected by Flight Cancellations
Options for Cancelled Flights
- Free of charge change without collecting fare difference
- Free rerouting within the same IATA zone
- Involuntary rerouting with other carriers for passengers transiting via Amman (first coupon must be RJ)
- Non-refundable travel voucher valid for 1 year
- Refunds processed according to ticket rules unless overridden by POC country law

Passengers Choosing Not to Travel
Passengers scheduled to travel between 28 February and 10 March 2026 whose flights are not cancelled may:
- Change their ticket free of penalty (fare difference applies if applicable)

Updated Flexibility Policy
Subject: ME Flights Impacted by Airspace Closure
Due to the continuing airspace closure, the following flexibility policy applies to all passengers booked on ME flights that have been cancelled (UN/TK status).
1. Rebooking Policy
Passengers may benefit from one additional change free of charge under the following conditions:
- Travel must be completed on or before 22 March 2026
- Subject to flight resumption and availability
- Change must remain within the same cabin and same route
- AUH → DXB
- DMM → JED
- DMM → RUH
If the affected sector is on the outbound, the inbound sector may be modified while respecting the original stay duration.
Tickets must be reissued on an involuntary basis and the reason must be inserted in the Endorsement Box.
2. Refund Policy
Passengers may receive a full refund free of charge for impacted flights.
Full refund is permitted if the delay exceeds 3 hours or results in a misconnection.

4. No-Show Policy (BEY Departures)
For passengers departing from Beirut (BEY), the following penalties apply if bookings are not cancelled within the required timeframe before departure.

Rebooking / Refund Policy
The following policy applies to travel to/from BEY / AMM / DXB / AUH / SHJ / BAH / DMM / KWI / DOH.
Eligibility:
Valid for ticketed passengers with travel dates between 27 February 2026 and 10 March 2026.
Rebooking:
Rebooking is permitted free of charge in the same booking class and original itinerary. Changes are allowed up to two weeks from the original date of travel.
Refunds:
Both refundable and non-refundable tickets are eligible for a full refund without any charges.
Rerouting:
Rerouting: Change fees are waived, but the fare difference shall be collected if any.
Tour Code:
HDQ1105C must be inserted at the time of reissue or refund.
This policy may be extended subject to ongoing monitoring of the situation.
All other rules and conditions remain applicable as per the system fare rules.

Flight Suspension & Ticket Handling Policy
Dear Partners,
Please be advised of the following updated policy for all tickets that are affected by the cancellation of
EGYPTAIR flights starting 28 February 2026:
1. For tickets issued on suspended flights:
Passengers will be exempted from any penalties when rebooking to the same destination on EGYPTAIR flights only, subject to the collection of any fare difference or applicable taxes, once operations resume and conditions improve.
2. Re-routing
Re-routing is permitted to alternative destinations upon passenger’s request, with full waiver of penalties.
Any fare difference will be collected if applicable.
3. Refunds
Full refund is permitted for the affected tickets after deduction of the non-refundable taxes.

Below Re-accommodation options can be offered to all impacted customers booked to travel between the 28th Feb 2026 to the 31st Mar 2026, and can be rebooked/rerouted until the 30th April 2026, irrespective of the ticket issue date.
