Kindly take note of the following important rules and procedures regarding Refunds and Changes:

Most Restrictive Conditions Apply: Please be advised that the most restrictive conditions within a pricing unit will apply when processing a refund or change. Ensure that these conditions are adhered to in all cases.

Fees for Changed Fare Components: A fee will be applied for each fare component that is changed. Please ensure that all applicable fees are correctly calculated and applied.

Refund/Change Within 24 Hours of Departure: In the event that a refund or change is made within 24 hours before flight departure or after the flight has departed, a No-Show charge or refund charge will be applied, whichever is greater. This is in accordance with our policy.

Non-Refundable Taxes: Please carefully verify any non-refundable taxes before proceeding with a refund. These taxes cannot be refunded, and the passenger will not be eligible for reimbursement of such amounts.

Your adherence to these procedures will ensure smooth operations and avoid any ADMs.
