CCS provides call center and customer support services for businesses in any industry, specialist aviation and travel operations, Amadeus-certified training, travel agency consultancy, and website and platform development. The scope, service levels, fees and data-protection terms of any service are set out in a written agreement or signed proposal. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

2. Website information

We keep the information on this website accurate, but it is general information and not an offer. Prices, availability and features are confirmed only in a written proposal.

3. Amadeus training

Course content, schedules, fees, attendance requirements and refund rules are confirmed at enrollment. Certificates are issued according to Amadeus requirements and depend on attendance and passing the assessment. Amadeus is a trademark of its owner and is used here to describe our certified training.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: no attempts to break its security, overload it, collect data from it automatically, upload harmful code, or send unlawful or misleading content through our contact channels.

5. Intellectual property

The CCS name, logo, website design and content belong to CCS. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Names and marks of other companies belong to their owners.

6. Our platforms and other websites

Blocks Master, MedaZone, Aviation Master and Glamora Plus have their own terms, which apply when you use them. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites we link to.

7. Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, CCS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website. Liability for contracted services is governed by the relevant service agreement.

Information you share with us about your business when requesting a proposal is treated as confidential and used only to prepare that proposal.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction, unless a service agreement states otherwise.
