Subject: MEA disruption policy related to strike announced by Air Canada starting 16 August 2025. Applicable on ME 076 tickets from/to Canada on ME & AC where AC cancelled flight within 48 hrs of departure.

• Reissue/ Rebooking permitted at no additional charge only on ME & AC for travel within +/- 30 days from the original travel date within the same cabin, same origin and destination.
  • Endo Box: Insert INVOL + Flight Number + Date (INVOL ACXXX / DATE)
  • Booking class on AC: Up to Y/ Class in Economy, up to O/ Class in Premium Economy, and up to J/ Class in Business cabin.
• Refund: Free refund permitted.

NOTE: If rebooking is done outside the allowed window (+/- 30 days from the original travel date), normal fare rules apply; any applicable penalty and/or difference in fare should be paid in full.
